The 2024 Toyota Venza Continues its streak with familiar pricing and features

Toyota’s 2024 Venza crossover has rolled into the new year without any significant changes. While the automaker has maintained the vehicle’s previous features and specifications, it has introduced a modest $300 price increase across all trim levels, ensuring that the popular crossover remains competitive in its segment.

For the 2024 model year, the Venza continues to offer four trim levels, each with its own set of features and pricing. The base model, the LE grade, starts at $34,920, offering LED headlights, 18-inch wheels, a power-operated tailgate, wireless device charging, and Toyota Safety Sense 2.5+ among its standard features.

Moving up the trim ladder, the Venza XLE, priced at $39,130, adds significant enhancements, including SofTex (synthetic leather) upholstery with an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat and larger 19-inch wheels. Notably, XLE trims feature a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility, providing a more modern and connected driving experience.

For those seeking a touch of attitude, the Nightshade trim, introduced in MY2023, is available at $40,255. It boasts black exterior accents, smoked chrome finishes on the bumpers, and glossy black 19-inch wheels. Nightshade models share the same interior enhancements as the XLE trim, including black SofTex upholstery with heated front seats.

At the top of the Venza lineup is the Limited trim, retailing for $43,065. This premium model features a ten-inch head-up display, ventilated front seats, an eight-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, a digital rearview mirror, and a nine-speaker JBL sound system, providing a luxurious driving experience.

Under the hood, all 2024 Venzas are equipped with a 2.5-liter hybrid four-cylinder engine, delivering a combined output of 219 horsepower. While the Venza’s performance may not be exhilarating, it compensates with impressive gas mileage, boasting a claimed 39 mpg on the combined cycle.

Although the 2024 Venza maintains its familiar features and pricing, some enthusiasts may hope for more significant updates in the future. In Japan, for instance, the crossover (known as the Harrier) introduced a more efficient plug-in hybrid powertrain with a combined output of 302 horsepower. However, for now, the 2024 Toyota Venza continues to offer a reliable and fuel-efficient option in the crossover market.

Please note that all prices mentioned exclude Toyota’s $1,395 delivery fee.
